Bulldogs in the Buggy takes the show on the road...literally! Each episode begins with a drive around campus, visiting a student guest’s favorite spot, followed by an in-studio conversation. Hosted by DeSales University President Fr. Jim Greenfield, the show features candid, unscripted conversations as students share their personal journeys to DeSales, their academic and personal growth, and the moments that have shaped their experience as Bulldogs. Designed for prospective students, families, alumni, and friends of the University, the show offers an authentic look at the people, values, and purpose at the heart of the DeSales community.

In the premiere episode of Bulldogs in the Buggy, President Fr. Jim takes a ride across campus with Senior Bobby Dingell—student body president, baseball standout, and one of DeSales’ most involved student leaders. Together, they explore Bobby’s journey from his first visit to campus to his biggest moments of Bulldog pride, the mentors who shaped his leadership, and how faith and servant leadership guide his approach to life. From memories at Weiland Park to insights from the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum and his marketing/data analytics path, Bobby reflects on how DeSales has prepared him to “be who you are and be that well.” A warm, inspiring kickoff to the series.
